Kathleen’s mum and three aunts visited London for a week.
One of the things I organised was a highflying view of London from The London Eye.
Situated on the South Bank, it has some great views across central London, and beyond. We boarded around 3:45pm, which was great, as the sun set over London at 4pm, roughly as we reached the pinnacle of our journey. As we descended, the sun set and London lit up.
Mum Susan, Aunt Dee, Aunt Fran and Aunt Susan loved it and it gave Kathleen a chance to flex our knowledge of London too!
