Cadbury Creme Egg Cafe

It was nearly Easter (okay, several weeks before the egg’d holiday) and Cadbury’s decided to do a pop-up shop in Central London based on the British classic, the Cadbury Creme Egg.

Kathleen and I were in the line for 45 minutes before we were let in to buy a Creme Egg Toastie.

Two slices of bread and half a warmed up Creme Egg were popped in to a sandwich maker before being served.

There was even a button you could press and a Creme Egg would come down a chute.

It was Kathleen’s second encounter with the chocolate eggs, as I’d given her one previously when a group of us went to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens a month earlier.
